Very poor treatment. Went to emergency ward for continuous vomit, thy didn’t give treatment 1st. Thy told to pay fee. Thr s no qualified nurse to do injection. 3 times thy tried to do injection. Blood came. Thn did trips. Thn unnessarily thy fix appointment with op doctor n thy made us to wait 2 hours. Just for vomit thy charged 3000rs. Total waste. Thy r getting money from patient for tht new buliding

Since it’s almost an 2 hours, still there’s no response from either doctor or else hospital staff.
Filed details with the payment in the prior & it’s been 2 hours , none of them are looking to solve the issue.
Need to think on this kind of procedures.
I don’t know what happens if emergency cases dealed by these people.
Think twice before visiting.

I value time and punctuality. I arrived at 6:50 PM, and it’s now 7:51 PM, but there has been no response. This reflects a lack of seriousness and responsibility. I would not recommend this hospital for emergency situations. Additionally, even to show reports to the doctor, patients are being charged, which feels unreasonable and gives the impression of prioritizing money over patient care.

I had a deeply disappointing encounter at Chandra Sekara Hospital’s emergency department. On-duty doctors (two female physicians) were distracted, laughing and using social media apps instead of attending emergency patients they were in their own world leading to significant delays . Then finally coming to great so called senior doctors
Dr. G. Praveen (Nephrologist)
and Dr. V. Vissnu Kumar (Anaesthetist/Pain Management) intervened, they provided no clear explanations or prompt treatment—Dr. Praveen even left abruptly, stating he was not the assigned doctor. The staff were unhelpful, rude, and unresponsive, ignoring urgent requests and disappearing when needed most. I endured hours in unsanitary conditions with no resolution.
Finally due to hospital negligence I lost my loved one today.
This hospital will no longer sustain with such hopeless doctors and staff.
My advice to others is do not visit this hospital at any cost either for emergency or anything else.
If anything happens there is no medical director / dean to answer your questions instead these above two doctors just bark at patient attenders and tell them to leave their permisis with the emergency patients after taking proper money from them.

We came here for Biopsy diagnosis and Dr. Pradeep, one of the best Interventional procedures practioner I have ever met.Always straight to the point.Always explain the details of procedures to patients and attendants..I suggest to consult him eventhough you have no medical knowledge,he will make you understand and he’s easy to communicate.P.S-Not a paid promotion.

This is one of the worst hospitals in Hosur. The doctors appear highly inexperienced and the treatment provided is extremely poor. There is a complete lack of professionalism and basic care towards patients.
The staff behaviour is unacceptable – careless, and insensitive. Instead of focusing on patient well-being, their only concern seems to be money. Every step feels commercialized, with unnecessary charges and no transparency.
I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this hospital. Patient care should come first, but unfortunately, that is completely missing here.

We started checking pregnancy tests and diagnosis from Dr. Geetha Priya, Gynecologist in the month of 2nd in my wife’s pregnancy. She has testing and diagnosis well, Nurses are doing good. But the doctor not coming on time. Hospital ambiance is good fees is average, but the problem is receptionists are not properly responded the new people.Also we consulted Dr.Swathi Praveena recently for my kid. She is examined well and friendly.We met Dr. NARMADA general physician for my mom. She is very carrying and friendly.

The hospital mainly runs on pharmacy bills. Consultation charges are low, but the medicine bills are high. Even for common issues like fever or throat pain, they prescribe many medicines.

Sometimes patients will come from too far and this kind of day may become very horrible day in their life just like this day to us. Hoping to never visit again.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and patient care at this facility. I arrived at 2:00 PM suffering from a severe headache and body pain, yet hours later, I am still waiting in a chair.
​The nursing staff seems completely indifferent to patient suffering, spending more time chatting among themselves than assisting those in pain. When I asked for help, I was casually told the doctor was “on lunch.” Despite my requests to see another available physician, I was ignored. There is a total lack of responsibility and effective coordination here. I would not recommend this hospital if you are seeking timely or empathetic care.

This is one of the most money-minded and disappointing hospitals I have come across. I strongly advise people not to bring their loved ones here, especially during emergencies, as they clearly take advantage of vulnerable situations.

At every single step, payment was demanded before any treatment was provided. There was no concern for the patient’s life or for the emotional distress of the family. It felt as though money mattered more than medical care.

The only drawback was the 6-hour wait for the final bill. This is an area that needs immediate improvement. Overall, a positive experience with caring medical staff.

Despite spending over ₹3,000 and visiting twice, her condition only improved after we sought help elsewhere. Key Issues: Excessive Wait Times: On two separate occasions, we waited between 2.5 and 3 hours to see Dr. Dharani (GP). This is unacceptable for a patient suffering from acute illness. Ineffective Treatment: My wife was prescribed heavy dosages (5 types of medicine) and later a nebulizer. After two weeks of strict adherence, there was zero improvement. It is disappointing that a local doctor was able to resolve the issue for ₹500, whereas your diagnostic approach failed. Unprofessional Staff: The billing department’s attitude was particularly dismissive. We were treated with a lack of respect, as if we were receiving free services rather than paying for professional care. While we chose Chandrasekara Hospital for its reputation, this experience has left us feeling exploited and unheard. ​”Horrible experience at Chandra Shekar Hospital during a pediatric emergency. My child was suffering from Intussusception (a serious bowel condition), and despite my repeated requests and the clear emergency, the staff was completely indifferent.
​We were made to wait for hours just for a scan. The staff appeared poorly trained and lacked the basic empathy required for emergency care. Their negligence could have put my child’s life at risk. I immediately shifted my son to another hospital where he was treated urgently. I would NOT recommend this place for emergencies, especially for children. What was most shocking was the attitude of the staff. They openly told the family, “If you don’t want the service here, you can go elsewhere.” This level of audacity and lack of empathy is completely unacceptable in a healthcare environment.

The reception staff, in particular, lack basic communication skills and professionalism. Not a single staff member handled the situation with sensitivity or respect.

The management seriously needs to replace the reception staff and bring in experienced, compassionate professionals—unless the management itself supports such unethical practices.

“Doctors treat patients well and are friendly in general, but the echo staff are very worst. Their behavior is very harsh. Patients come to the hospital when they are not well and are already in a depressed state—how can they be treated like this? Not only with patients, but they also behave very harshly with their co-workers. I think that sister is a senior staff member, and she behaves very rudely in that department, even towards colleagues. My recent experience visitng this hospital where my brother was admitted for medical emergency. Have to give to Dr. B.C. Mouli for treating patient with care and explaining things clearly. However, there are a few things that needs to be taken care from hospital perspective to be a better health care provider. 1. The place is unusally crowded most of the times and being a hospital, no sanitiser was available at common areas. 2. Washrooms too did not had hand wash / soap / sanitisers. This is a serious health risk. 3. Staff entering ICU have to leave their footwear outside and most of them were seen touching their shoes by hand and didn’t see them sanitising after that which is a serious problem considering they are attending patients in ICU. 4. The staff at the nursing stations are extremely loud shouting across the corridor calling one after another. This is a disturbance as well as nuisance to the patients. 5. Unusual cleaning hours. The staff wanted to replace the curtains in the patient room at 11pm and wanted to wipe the floors of the patients room by 5Am without any care for the patient. 6. Better to arrange for inhouse diet / food facilities for patients at least. This would be helpful when patients come from distance. These are something which needs to be taken care so that the hospital can provide better care to the patients.

Today meet for Dr.Manjunath consultation very good

Very bad experience at Chandra Sekara Hospital.

At the ground floor front reception, only two staff members were handling patients while many staff were present in the cash collection area. I waited for more than 30 minutes just to clear a simple doubt. Why were only two people posted at the reception despite heavy patient flow? Is patient guidance not a priority for this hospital?

At the OP first floor, I was made to wait for around 1 hour, which shows extremely poor coordination and time management.

Communication is a serious problem. Nursing staff were unable to communicate properly in English, making it difficult for patients and attenders to understand instructions.

Another major issue is phone communication. Two days before my visit, I called the hospital 5–6 times and no one answered the call. How are patients supposed to know OP timings or basic information if calls are not picked up? It is not possible to visit the hospital every time for simple queries. This shows a complete lack of responsibility.

To make matters worse, in the cash collection area, one lady staff member was shouting and arguing loudly with another staff member in front of patients and attenders. Is this the reputation and professionalism this hospital wants to be known for? Such behaviour is completely unacceptable in a healthcare environment.

Overall, the staff arrangement, communication, and management—especially at the reception—are very poor. I am very disappointed because of the hospital staff behaviour and lack of proper communication. The management must take this seriously and make immediate improvements.

I have been coming here for the past 4 years because it’s near my home the doctors nd treatment are great but the management is still bad in time management they don’t say the doctors are busy and unavailable for particular time they just give you your file and make you wait for literally minimum 2 to 3 hours saying 5 mins, worst part is when you come with your kid still they tell you 5 to 10 mins🤯 otherthen that doctors are amazing at there job are there treatments are good

Service is becoming worst. Long waiting hours. First come first serve is not followed. Even in small clinics tokens are issued to reduce the waiting time. But here no tokens are issued not any system. So many staff are there gossiping between themselves but no one is there to attend patient ‘s concern

I had a very good experience at this hospital for my deliveries. The gynecologist Dr. Geetha Priya mam and her entire team were excellent. She took very good care of me from pregnancy through postpartum for both my babies’ deliveries, and I always felt safe and confident under her guidance. The labour ward team was amazing, especially during both my normal delivery. They gave me great mental support and constant motivation to help me push the baby out. A special thanks to Joyce mam and Vijaya Kumari mam for their continuous support and care throughout my admission period. They were very kind, patient, and attentive. The paediatrician, Dr. Swathi Praveena mam, was always on time to check on both my babies. She is a very good and reliable paediatric doctor in Hosur, and I’m thankful for her care and reassurance. One small improvement suggestion: If the OPD token system displays the patient name along with the token number on a TV screen, it would be very helpful for patients to stay attentive and save time while waiting. Overall, I am extremely grateful to the doctors, nurses, and staff for making my delivery journey smooth, safe, and memorable. Highly recommended for maternity care + pediatric care 🙏✨

The calmness, patience, and attentive listening expected of a doctor are conspicuously absent. It seems that he himself needs treatment or counseling to manage his stress.

While it is doubtful whether patients treated by him will recover from their illness, it is certain that they will leave with increased stress and a confused state of mind. In such a situation, a patient who came for physical health treatment will inevitably be forced to seek the help of a psychiatrist.

The overall environment, facilities, and infrastructure are really good . Everything is clean, organized, and well maintained, which makes the stay comfortable. The doctors and nurses deserve special appreciation — they were caring, attentive, and genuinely focused on solving problems and providing good treatment.
The only downside was that the management process felt a bit slow at times. Apart from that, the experience was positive and reassuring.
