The only downside was that the management process felt a bit slow at times. Apart from that, the experience was positive and reassuring.

My humble request, Please avoid this hospital, In hosur, most of our local people says it is the worst hospital in hosur, always trying to kill the patient without providing proper treatment, I think this hospital has licence for killing patients, in the reception I have enquired the availability of 2 doctors, a lady receptionist, with full makeup with different colours in her face, simply says that 2 doctors are not available now, but I gone to that 2 doctors room, met that doctors, have enquired about my doubts, my relative, who was visited with normal health conditions , when Dr says now emergency, we admitted immediately, but there was no treatment for the emergency situations, don’t know why they were simply admitted without treatment and passing days, hence he died, at the time of emergency @6am, to do MRI in 1km distance, this murders hospital dose not provide transportation at time, because lack of ambulance, hence, scan done after 10:30am after the arrival of ambulance for emergency MRI Scan, after 4:30 hrs they done the emergency scan, later we came to know by other doctor, delayed of particular immediate diagnosis and intervention leads to death, normally this stupid hospital won’t provide Discharge Summary at the time of discharge,my humble request please don’t go to this worst hospital, always they are practicing with patients, that how to kill patients with or without treatments

I had my varicose veins operation at Chandrasekar Hospital, performed by Dr. Pradeep. He is an excellent doctor with a very friendly and caring approach toward patients. Even in the operation theatre, I observed how respectfully and kindly he treated the nurses, which shows his good character and professionalism.

If anyone is suffering from varicose veins, I strongly recommend Dr. Pradeep. I give him 10 out of 10.

However, my experience with Chandrasekar Hospital management was very poor. The treatment cost is very high, and the nurses’ behavior was also not good. I recommend only Dr. Pradeep, but not the hospital.

I am writing to share my concern as a regular visitor to your hospital. This is my third visit, and each time I have spent around 6–7 hours here. My concern is not about the waiting time, but about the lack of a cafeteria facility inside the hospital. Since this is a hospital serving common people, it would be very helpful to have an affordable cafeteria within the premises. Currently, patients and visitors are forced to buy food from outside hotels, where prices are very high—for example, two pooris cost around ₹80. This is unaffordable for many of us. I kindly request you to consider setting up a cafeteria inside the hospital that provides hygienic and reasonably priced food. This will greatly benefit patients, attendants, and visitors, especially those from economically weaker backgrounds.

Postpartum recovery from c section also took easier by her guidance.I have a suggestion, could you pls allow for few minutes to have a skin to skin contact to mother and baby after the birth that may enhance the mother’s mental and physical health abundantly.

I agree handling OPD is difficult, but the nurses / billing counter are saying lies about doctor timings and we had to wait for more time without doctor really present at the premises. Today we payed fee for meeting Doctor Parthiban, Urologist at 12.30 pm as OPD, at counter they said, doctor will come by 1 pm, and while submitting files nurse said he will come by 1.30 pm. Now it’s almost 2.30 pm. But doctor didn’t come. Hospital need to address this issue. (I know it is a known issue for longer time at most of the hospitals)

My mother underwent a procedure/surgery for Varicose veins. Dr Pradeep was polite, smiling and caring. He was excellent in explaining the problem, the solutions and the procedure. He was patient while listening. I felt he took a good care of my mother. Before and after the surgery, he spoke to us and explained things.

The hospital is a brand new building as of December 2025.
Positives :
* Very spacious compared to the previous building.
* Cleanly maintained.
* Sufficient restrooms in all the floors
* Clear signage on every floor.

Needs Improvement:
* I felt that the administrative staff is severely short. On my first visit, most time was spent only in admission, paying the consultation fee (just one billing staff for dozens of people) and pharmacy. The actual wait time to consult with the doctor wasn’t much compared to this. Pharmacy is the worst. For IP pharmacy, the staff is so much overworked that they say keep the prescription and go back, we will inform the nursing station after approximately 20 minutes. I don’t mean to say they are slow – it is just that there are too many prescriptions to fill and too little staff.
* Lack of car parking on premise. We have to cross a very busy road to park in a ground opposite to the hospital (free parking though)

I am visiting chandrsekara hospital from 8 years When ever we came to the hospital for buying tablets they are not responding properly from 2 days we dont have tablet waiting since 1 hours from past 2 days and they said us to wait till the tablet comes when we came and ask they are not giving saying us to come tmrw and but not at all responding and saying us to wait and they have still not provided tablets and the tablets are very important to my mothers health and today also they didnt give it still
And because of sumanth doctor i am excusing them still poor resond is give to the customers and from 7 years we are going to they hospital if any bad health and the staffs are not working properly especially in the pharmacy department and its very very bad

I had one of the worst experiences at this hospital, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. Their approach feels completely money driven rather than patient focused. The moment you walk in, their priority seems to be collecting advance payments rather than providing proper care. They insist on taking a substantial advance before admission, assuring patients and families that the unused amount will be refunded during discharge.

At the time of discharge, the situation changes entirely. They claim to have conducted multiple tests, many of which appear unnecessary and unrelated to the patient’s actual condition. These additional tests seem strategically added just to adjust the final bill so that they don’t have to return the advance amount. For example, they even performed CT scans and EEG tests for a simple breathing-related issue, which made no medical sense.

The entire process feels manipulative and financially exploitative. Instead of focusing on treatment, they seem to prioritize increasing the bill. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

The wait time and the approach of the hospital staff, including the doctor, were extremely disappointing. We understand that a multi-speciality hospital handles a large volume of patients, but the lack of coordination and communication today was unacceptable. Making a patient or attendant wait for over an hour just to convey basic information is unreasonable.

I had approached the hospital for a simple task — obtaining a medical certificate for a family member who had

already consulted at the hospital a few days back. From the reception to the OPD, no one could inform me of the basic existing rule that a certificate cannot be issued without the patient being physically present. Instead, I was made to stand in the billing queue, only to be redirected to the OPD, where I waited for 40 minutes. When I followed up, the staff then asked me to write the request on a piece of paper for the doctor. Moments later, the nurses returned to say the doctor refused to issue the certificate.

Why was this not communicated at the beginning, especially if it is an established hospital rule? Surely, all staff should be aware of basic policies and protocols. When I requested to speak with Dr. Chandrasekar to highlight the issue and suggest better staff communication and coordination, my feedback was taken by the doctor in a very negative manner. Instead of wanting to train his staff and address the issue, unnecessary accusations such as checking CCTV footage were made.

I fully respect hospital policies and am more than willing to follow them. However, patient satisfaction depends on timely, clear communication and an understanding from staff about what went wrong. Experiences like this directly impact the hospital’s reputation.

I can recommend this hospital for its name, but I cannot assure anyone that they will walk out without confusion or delay. Patients may find themselves waiting in the OPD not knowing whether they should have been making a payment or following another procedure — simply because the staff themselves are not adequately trained in hospital rules, protocols, or patient interaction.

Today (30-Nov-2025), the hospital and the nurses are money minded and worstly rude. There is no proper response from them, we asked them for just to inject a injection for an old age patient. They can’t even help us! Worst at all!
