This is one of the worst hospitals in Hosur. The doctors appear highly inexperienced and the treatment provided is extremely poor. There is a complete lack of professionalism and basic care towards patients.
The staff behaviour is unacceptable – careless, and insensitive. Instead of focusing on patient well-being, their only concern seems to be money. Every step feels commercialized, with unnecessary charges and no transparency.
I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this hospital. Patient care should come first, but unfortunately, that is completely.

Horrible and unsafe experience.I am extremely disappointed and angry with the emergency ward at this hospital. The staff allowed unskilled and inexperienced young boys to administer an injection to my child. They injected incorrectly, which caused immediate, painful swelling.It is completely pathetic and unacceptable for a hospital to risk a child’s safety by letting untrained individuals perform medical procedures. This shows a severe lack of professionalism and zero regard for patient safety. I highly discourage anyone from trusting this emergency room with their family.

Worst Management Experience

Very disappointed with the hospital management. After years of trusting this hospital and travelling nearly 30 km for my family’s treatment, ₹19,000 cash went missing during our recent visit.

What hurt me most was the poor response and lack of proper support from the management. Instead of taking the matter seriously and investigating properly, I felt blamed.

The treatment may be good, but management and patient support are extremely disappointing. My trust in this hospital is completely broken.

My family member was admitted to the hospital doctors are good but the hospitality is not upto the mark. There’s no meal system for the patient’s family as well as no wifi facility.

Management and staffs are unprofessional,untrained. They don’t know how to handle or deal with patient.

I visited your hospital, but unfortunately, I had to wait for a very long time before receiving medical attention. Patients are being made to wait for several hours, which is not acceptable.In addition, after patient registration, there is a significant delay in paying the consultation fee due to the long queues and slow payment process. This causes unnecessary inconvenience and further increases the waiting time.I kindly request the hospital management to take appropriate action to improve patient flow, reduce waiting times, and make the registration and payment process more efficient. Better management will greatly enhance the overall patient experience.Please take necessary action the management team

Worst service even after choosing executive health package which costs the highest package.
We had to literally shout for each and every test as no one was organized starting from help desk
Helpdesk – No proper queue/no one to organize the queue. No displays for ppl to approach 3 rows. All ppl squeeze in like local market and receptionist care only about billing and not bothered about ppl organising and addressing the query.
Admin managers – I yelled at both the admin managers at different timings as we were only lost alone without proper co-ordination of what we are supposed to follow.
Ultrasound scan – Finally, a help desk member (Praveena) in abdomen scanning was treating us and other patients as she was doing a service feom her own money. Not respecting any one. Very pathetic. With her attitude,
I have given feedback about all these to the admin managers but am sure they ll not react as they were also part of the spoiler.

Overall, my impression was, we ll get more illness than treating our illness in this hospital.

Dr Abid has good medical knowledge, but I feel there is room for improvement in patient communication. A doctor should first have the patience to listen to the patient’s concerns and understand the problem completely before proceeding. Unfortunately, we felt that there was a lack of patience and attentiveness during the consultation.We also felt that the doctor’s approach came across as somewhat unapproachable, which made us uncomfortable while explaining the concerns. A more empathetic, patient, and respectful approach would make patients feel more comfortable and confident during the consultation.Thankyou

We are admitted 4 days in hospital kind of some surgery while admitting they mentioned one amount round 3.5L after discharging they mentioned 4.5L while asking them they saying extra tests we took so extra bills before they mentioned we can close 3.5L now they add extra 1lakh and for every test taking 2 3 hours very bad management and manger not good speak one before admitting after discharging he not responding any thing very worst behaviour manager name kavi don’t choose this hospital very worst..🤬😡

We regularly consult Dr. Swathi Praveena paediatrician for our daughter. She is one of the best and knowledgeable doctors in Hosur. She only starts with less doses and does not give antibiotics unnecessarily for babies. Guides correctly with weight gain and gives right vitamin drops. I wholeheartedly suggest consulting her for the kids.

Am faced bad experience,my father is an heart patient he already done a surgery with 2 stunts in another hospital,today evening my father face some abnormalities, already am heared about this hospital so near by to my home so am planned to here after taking treatment here,so evening 6pm am called this hospital for the appointment,but they told you can come after 7.30pm directly our doctor is available,after am visited this hospital receptionist told the time is over doctor is not available,my question is why the ask to come hospital after 7.30pm even the doctor is not available,in this critical time.for my first visit. Faced bad experience here.they are totally disappoint us,and noted that they are allowed one more patient to visit the doctor whose are come after my queue.

I visited Chandrasekar Hospital today, and my overall experience was good. All the staff were very polite, respectful, and helpful throughout the process. ​I have been visiting Chandrasekar Hospital since 2020, regularly relying on them for emergency care, orthopedics, and other specialties. Overall, it remains an excellent facility for ortho and emergencies.
​However, during my recent visits, I was quite disheartened by my experience with one particular doctor. I firmly believe that a doctor should listen to a patient for at least a few minutes before prescribing medication, regardless of whether every detail seems relevant. Unfortunately, this doctor lacked patience and empathy. The first time it happened, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking he might be tired from surgery. But when the exact same dismissive behavior happened during my second visit, it became clear he simply wouldn’t allow me to ask questions.
​Additionally, since moving to the new facility, I’ve noticed a significant increase in the number of tests being ordered compared to previous years. While the clinical care here is still strong, the patient-doctor communication during my recent visits left a lot to be desired.

Doctors and nurses are very good. The nurses are kind, patient, and take good care of patients. However, the ICU reception needs to provide clearer instructions about fees. The discharge process was very delayed—although the doctor said 9:30 AM, it was still not completed even by 4:30 PM. Also, the charges felt quite high compared to the treatment provided. Overall, the medical care is good, but the hospital’s administration and billing process need improvement.

I visited OPD 2 at Sri Chandra Sekara Hospital, Hosur, on 4 July 2026. The consultation with the doctor was satisfactory, and I appreciate the doctor’s professionalism.

However, my overall experience was affected by poor patient management. The service at the billing counter is pathetic—it’s slow, disorganized, and causes unnecessary delays. Patients are also not sent to the doctor in the correct order, leading to confusion and frustration among those waiting.

The nurse, Sathya, was responsible for calling patients, but the order was not managed properly, resulting in an unfair and confusing waiting process.

The hospital management should take immediate action to improve the billing process and ensure that patients are called in the correct order. A well-organized queue management system and better coordination between the billing staff and nursing staff would greatly improve the patient experience.

Anyone experiencing please post so management is aware.

No doctors will be available for all the time, they always asking patients to come after some time , after that also they are simply telling doctors are busy with emergency cases you can come tomorrow after the waiting time of 90 minutes.

My ever worst experience. To get proper treatment here both the patient and attenders should have excellent knowledge about their symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. This is not the place for common person. Criteria to be a patient here is to be a doctor first

Horrible experience in this hospital, my dad was admitted for emergency and then shifted to IP, the consultation doctor didn’t even visit once, we were supposed to leave after few hours but the staff advised to stay in IP so that they can diagnose properly since anyways it’s covered under insurance and performed all the tests.

But the insurance department initiated claim with wrong info twice and didn’t admit their mistake when confronted. so much of carelessness in their service. We had to pay in cash.

The doctors, paramedic staff everyone responded only if we were nudging them, too lazy staff it took 1 day for discharge procedures all the time and no discharge summary.

This is not hospital for common man, if you want get your BP rised, tensed, visit here. Every step will be frustrating.. It’s like you will have to do all of their work.

Today morning, my daughter came to your hospital for a thyroid blood test. The lab technician had difficulty drawing blood and pricked her twice. Since then, she has been complaining of pain at the puncture site.In addition, there was another lapse in service when we were initially given another patient’s bill and asked to make the payment. Such errors raise concerns about the level of care and attention being provided.We trust hospitals with our health and well-being, so it is disappointing to experience this kind of carelessness. When I contacted the reception regarding my daughter’s pain, I was advised to bring her to the Emergency Department, for which we would again be required to pay consultation charges.I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into and appropriate attention given to patient safety and service quality.

Gross Medical Negligence, Unprofessional Staff, and Extortionate Practices

​I am writing this to strongly warn others: do not be fooled by the large building. The infrastructure is a facade for abysmal management, unethical doctors, and utterly hostile nursing staff. This is hands-down the worst hospital in Hosur.

​1. Absolute Disregard for Emergency Care
​I arrived with an emergency condition, paid the required fees, and waited in a long queue, only to be told afterward by the nurses that the general physician was on rounds and unavailable for another two hours.

​Zero Prior Communication: The front desk and nursing staff fail to communicate doctor availability before taking payment.
​Patient Harassment: The burden was placed entirely on me—while in severe pain—to go back, find an available doctor, and manually get the billing changed.

​2. Complete Lack of Process & Blatant Nepotism
​The nursing staff operates with zero professionalism or empathy.
​Favoritism Over Urgency: There is no functional token system. Nurses prioritize their personal acquaintances and people with internal recommendations. If you are a regular patient suffering severely, you are ignored.

​Unprofessional Conduct: At any given time, 10 to 15 nurses can be seen crowding together, chit-chatting, and actively ignoring patients.

​Deliberate Delays: Even after I finally managed to see a doctor, the nurses took my file, shoved it into a corner, and went back to gossiping, forcing me to wait outside indefinitely.

​3. Money-Minded Doctors & Unethical Practices
​The medical staff seems driven purely by financial greed rather than patient care.
​Over-testing: For any single, straightforward problem, they mandate a barrage of 6+ expensive tests.

​No Immediate Relief: They refuse to provide any interim relief or symptomatic treatment. You are left to suffer in agony until the test reports come out hours later.

​Final Verdict
​The management, doctors, and nursing staff at this facility are a disgrace to the medical profession. They do not care about human life or suffering—only about your money. Avoid this hospital at all costs if you value your health and sanity.

I had a very disappointing and unorganized experience at Sri Chandra Sekara Hospital, Hosur, last Saturday. My wife has a history of major trauma surgeries, and we visited expecting professional care, but the hospital’s management and coordination were highly substandard.
Here are the specific issues we faced:

Misleading Appointment Info: I called ahead to confirm the availability of Chief Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. B.C. Chandra Sekar. The staff confirmed he was available, but upon reaching the hospital, we were told he was not there and were asked to see Dr. Tribhuvan Reddy instead.

Lack of Internal Coordination: After paying the consultation fee and waiting in line for 30 minutes, the reception staff informed us that Dr. Reddy was also unavailable. We were then pushed to see a third doctor, Dr. Ramesh.

Distracted Medical Staff: When we finally met Dr. Ramesh, he seemed completely absent-minded and distracted. In the middle of our consultation, he explicitly told the nursing staff not to send other doctors’ patients to him because he had a surgery scheduled. It felt like we were a burden rather than patients receiving proper care.

Poor Value for Money: The entire consultation felt incredibly normal, rushed, and the explanation of my wife’s complex medical issues was not satisfactory. I spent over ₹3,000 for this single visit, and it was absolutely not worth the money or the time spent.

Bad Hygiene and Maintenance: The general toilets in the hospital are very poorly maintained and had a bad, unhygienic smell, which is unacceptable for a healthcare facility.
