I will give a single star… because of the staff. I will never fault the doctors and nurses. I will give them a five star rating. I have to say about their insurance department. I have never seen such a Bad insurance department in my life. Those sitting there think that they are the owners of the hospital. First, those insurance department sitters should be fired I am not happy at all …I will never recommend Chandrasekhara Hospital to anyone………….

Staffs r too slow they are interested to talk with other staffs. But not mind about patient. My 8 years child shifted to nicu because of oxygen straturation (88) they r discussing about the mask. They not start the oxygen.hospital is good specaily doctor treatment good but the staff behaviour is not good. Plse management take action of it.

On 17.01.2025 evening, first time visited SCS for heavy fever (103.3F) and cold, cough. They diagnosed me and suggested to Take injection and trips. Took me 1 hr to complete all 3 trips Medicines didn’t worked at all, my health become even worse now not even a small sign of improvement , highly disappointed. Spent around 2k, all my money went in vain.

I visited Chandrasekhar Hospital twice for a skin infection. The doctor prescribed medication and creams, but the issue persisted. Despite undergoing blood tests with normal results, I didn’t receive a clear diagnosis. The experience was unsatisfactory due to the lack of effective treatment and communication. I hope the hospital improves its services for better patient outcomes

I am Ramya from hosur. We consulted dr Pradeep Kumar Radiologist for fibroid treatment. UFE is the advanced procedure which is done by interventional radiologist to get rid of fibroid related issues. Not keeping up the time given for appointment. Have to wait for long to get consulted with doctor. I had given doctor appointment time at 7.30 but doctor was not available on the given time. Proper appointment time be followed to avoid waiting by the patients. Different patients may have different circumstances. One may have imminent need to meet doctor but simply waiting for doctor is nothing but annoying the already suffering patients. Waste and worst hospital I had to simply wait till 8 pm to meet the doctor 24

Very bad paediatric care. Admitted my kid for 8 days there without proper treatment, admitting doctor never visited for 3 days, and no relevant treatment was provided. Later we have to shift her to a higher facility and we saved her at the last minute. First of the hospital is clean and sanitized but the elevator are always out of service low maintenance for they need to improve that otherwise all are good nurses all are friendly and cool
